Inspired by the honor-driven knight from the classic TV series Have Gun – Will Travel, the company was built on a commitment to justice, ethics, and tactical excellence. Scott has served in executive positions at CBP, NOAA, NIH, USDA, and DOD — managing billion-dollar programs and delivering results in logistics, IT modernization, cybersecurity, and strategic planning. He is now completing his Doctor of Public Administration (DPA) with a perfect 4.0 GPA, with the vision of transforming government operations through academic rigor and practical leadership. 🔹 Our Mission To enhance the effectiveness, resilience, and transparency of federal, state, and local government organizations through strategic consulting, project leadership, and ethics-based governance support.
